Note: Liz doubled the marinade and would suggest grilling over pan frying, in which case, soak the skewers first.

Baby oranges (2 cans)

Dressing:
2 parts Mayo
1 part Dijon mustard
LOTS of ginger (to taste)
Cracked pepper
few spoonfuls of lemon juice

Top with herbs of choice (parsely, chives, oregano) and carrots
